Description
Advanced Meditation For Beginners, really?
Are you new to meditation and want to start with the most advanced technique? Here it is.
Somehow the idea of starting as a beginner with an advanced technique appeals to a lot of people. It becomes a test to see if you can handle starting where very few begin. After studying and practicing meditation for 40+ years, I’ve heard all the watered down, mamby pamby, woo woo, celestial meditation audios available, I’ve chosen a meditation technique that treats you like an adult. This meditation is designed to have you face yourself and that chaotic operative system we call a mind. This meditation is usually very calming and peaceful. This technique forces you to take responsibility for your life starting with those silly thoughts floating through your mind. For some people that can be uncomfortable. Get over it.
Is it the best meditation out there? No, because there is no single best meditation.
The best meditation is the one you do every day.
I created this instructional audio download in response to all the people online stating “I want to learn to meditate”. The truth is meditation is SIMPLE. It’s so simple and so easy people think knowing how to meditate is the same as meditating. Knowing how to meditate is never a substitution for meditation. Because there are an endless list of benefits that come from meditating regularly.
Benefits of Meditation
- Reduced stress
- Lower blood pressure
- Ease in getting to sleep
- Better control over mood
- Increased ability to concentrate
- Emotional resilience
- Reduced sensitivity to pain
- Prevents multi-tasking too much
Meditation will not solve all your problems. It will just make many of them more manageable. That’s good enough for me to keep at it.
Final Thoughts
It may seem like a big deal to sit quietly everyday in meditation. It’s not a big deal. It’s a decision. At some point I decided to do it and I’ve yet to otherwise. Here is your chance. If you don’t like it, no problem. You at least can say you tried. I won’t think any less of you.
